I found my 1982 original Michael Jackson Thriller Album and wanted to play it. Was in the market for a system that would play 45s, 331/3, etc. I was thrilled that included was CD, tape and IPOD capabilities. All of the functions work extremely well. The only glitch is the sound. So I connected my computer speakers to the system and WAM-MO outstanding sound. My 12 year-old was excited. He had never seen an album actually being played on a record player (as we old school called it). I absolutely recommend this system without reservation.

For so long I've wanted a record player for some old vinyl records of mine. I got it and more. I can play my CD's and cassettes also. But the one think I really love is that it looks like an old fashion radio-so unique.Can't say enough good things about it.

I still don't have an iPod, so I cannot comment on that, but I have used the stereo for other playing and I'm very happy with it except that the tape deck does not have auto reverse. This stereo will actually be going to my husband's office as it is not the one I thought I was getting--a similar design that has built in recording from LP and cassette to CD. If I can figure out how to connect it to my computer, I have software for burning records to CD, but I did not see a way to do that, or even to hook up external speakers as another reviewer claims to have done. (Maybe plugging speakers into the headphone jack would work, but I haven't tried it.)

i order this system for my mother for her birthday. this was such a disappointment because of the defect. she didnt want to depart from it even though it was horrible........ the speaker volumn not loud enough, nor sound good enough, there was no tape deck in the system she like the look of it and just dealt with it as is..... hope this would only happen once and not all the systems are like that....... and recieved the one stars only because of the look.............

I think this a great buy! I love the way it looks old but does so much. The only problem( dont know if it is radios fault or my location) is I cant get The Christian radio station (The Fish) from Atlanta though all other stations come in well. I am very pleased with this purchase! thanks overstock for another great value!

bought this as a gift for my husband, he absoulutely loves it. this product has the old look, with modern touches in that it not only plays his old vinyls, but also his ipod.

I bought this as an anniversary present and my husband was wowed by it. The case is very nice furniture grade. It is a large piece. I compared it at almost 300.00 new. I like that it has the ipod feature that most of these nostalgic stereos didn't have. Sound is good, not overly loud though even on top volume. It looks great in our home. This is a winner.

i am very pleased, was more than expected for the price, sound quality very good, mostly play CD's , have found that placing it on the top shelf of a book case with the knobs at eye level is more convenient that on a table where I have to bend each time to make a change. Had hoped the record player part would allow me to "stack" records, but for the price, am very pleased. I live in the middle of a wooded area, and still get good reception on the radio without attaching to any kind of antenna.

This Stereo has it all. Quality record player for all sizes, single CD player, AM/FM stereo and I-Pod docking station. The old fashioned look made a perfect fit for my home! I highly recommend this product!

This system does not sound like stereo but mono. For nostalgic reasons I only had a mono record player so it works for me. The records play just a wee tad fast...hardly noticeable. The price is not good nor bad... shipped fast and well packaged. I would recommend to a friend who was looking for nostalgia not quality.

The stereo arrived very quickly - just four days beween order and delivery - and delivery on Christmas Eve to boot. It was a great surprise gift for my wife and she enjoys it very much. Easy to use, and able to handle all of the various media we have.

I was thrilled when I received this stereo, cd player, tape player and record player all in one. It looks as good as it's picture and works so easily and sounds great. The best deal was the great price I ended up with, and I noticed a similar item in a catalog recently for a couple hundred dollars more than what I paid! Thanks!!!

I bought this as a Christmas present for my husband. We have a lot of records but haven't had a way to play them in a long time. This player covers all the bases we need: his records and my CDs and iPod--as well as radio and cassette tapes. We love it! It's nice having it all in one compact space. Quality is great and so was the price.
