A person with ears larger than a normal woman's ears would probably give this product all 5's. However, I find it's hard to put on due to the extra band that I suppose is to hold the device tighter to the ear but doesn't; and the piece that is supposed to fit at the opening of the ear canal instead of over it like others, actually pushes the device away from the ear and it constantly has to be refit in place. If I turn my head quickly to look over my shoulder as in changing lanes of traffic, the earpiece flies off. Neither size of earpiece in the kit fit me. They are both bad with neither being the "better" of the two. Why can't somebody make an earpiece that fits a women's ear? A flexible piece we can adjust woud be nice. I would recommend this to any male friend.

I have tried many different blutooth devices. Jawbone is the best. In my line of business I am on the phone all day long, usually either my blutooth device would lose it's battery or my phone would. With the jawbone I recharge it every three days. I have not had a problem with the phone because it goes into standby when I am not talking. I have recommended this to a few of my friends and 4 or 5 have already purchased it. They are very happy with theirs also.

I had great expectation based on what has been posted on this headset. The best feature is audio quality. It cancels out background noise as advertised. The downfalls are: not very confortable to wear for long periods of time, turning on and off are sometimes difficult - there are delays, syncing to phone seems to have to be done in the phone - not on the headset, the earpiece has to be change out for each side - 4 are included but be careful with them, I broke 1 so far. Probably wouldn't recommend this one even tho the audio is better than any headset I have used so far.

The jawbone was a gift for my daughter to replace another headset she used. She is extremely pleased with the ease of use and noise reduction this headset provides. I plan to purchase additional ones for gifts during the holidays. Worth the price for the quality.

This headset is excellent. I bought it as a gift for my husband and he loves it. He can use the headset while driving and the person on the other end cannot hear car noise or the radio.

Great sound, and noise reduction. Electronics, the best!BUT, the mechanical/material design is bad. So, how good is a device that sounds great, but it will break in less than a year ando so you won't be able to use it?Thus, the recommendation is only for those that can be careful enough so that the device will last much longer than what I did. I'll explain.I am an Electrical Engineer. I only implant the device in my ear when the phone rings (I want to minimize the RF exposure as much as possible, even though just by having the earpiece instead of the phone itself I have reduced it considerably). So, when not in use, I have the earpiece in my front pocket, sometimes just the main piece snugged enough but the metal ring outside the pocket, so I can retrieve it easier or faster. Well, the unit comes with 4 of these metal rings (goes around your earlobe); in one year, I broke off all of them near the base of the earpiece (where the metal ring is inserted). On the third metal ring, the base of the earpiece itself broke off, so I had to GLUE it so it would stay in place. Then, the little soft plastic piece that attaches to the earpiece and it actually goes inside your ear canal broke off as well. So, i had to glue that as well. Then, finally the fourth matal ring broke off at its base, and so now i have to hold the piece in my ear holding it in place by pressing with one finger, sometimes it sticks enough so that I don't have to and can actually drive with two hands (it defeats the purpose doesn't it).TOO MUCH! The mechanical design is faulty. They used a relatively heavier metal piece and married it to a flimsy plastic base. It simply doesn't make any sense.I'd hope they fix this problem on their second design the Jawbone II.

My 2nd Jawbone. Second one was a Xmas gift and so far no problems that I know of. Audio is great both ways. On and off button needs a heavy touch. Look is great too!

I bought this for my husband. There is a lot of road noise in his car and he had always had difficulty hearing on his cell phone while driving. I was also tired of the static, breaking-up and background noise when speaking with him. You get none of that with this. The Jawbone is GREAT! He hears everything clearly and so do the people on the other end of the call. I highly recommend this product!!

Excellent product, competitive pricing. I love it. I would recommend this product to anyone needing a handfree bluetooth device.

This is the greatest hands-free head-set I have used to date. The sound quality and ease of use are phenomenal. The call quality is crystal clear when speaking and listening! Superb!!

This item is not listed as refurbished, however, I order 2 and both boxes were opened and the contents had noticably been removed. One headset did not work. I returned both headsets.
