This is the worst Bluetooth device I have ever seen or used. Doesn't understand voice commands continually going to the wrong command. My phone is an LG and is supposed to be compatible with this device. Tech support is not good. Stated their was an uppgrade on the net but never could connect to it's website. I have Bluetooth in another vehicle and use that with no problems with my LG phone. Don't waste your money on this one.

I bought this for my boyfriend after someone else told me about it. He loves it.
