Great design, might be generational the button was very hard to use and I could not get it to work correctly. I am above average with tech so I found it even more frustrating it didn't work out. Sync to phone very easy, light weight, good sound guality to user, bad to person you are calling. Cover came off with very little presure and was broke so it would no longer stay on. It is well liked by reviewers so maybe you will have better luck. Also not good for someone with piercing in the front of ear.

I love the performance of the Jabra, and due to impaired hearing in my left ear, I am delighted to be able to turn up the volume which makes the sound crystal clear. However, the shape of the earpiece is rather large, thick and round, and can't fit inside the ear which would be ideal. The ear loop provided is loose, bendable, and does not adequately stabilize the earpiece, so that it falls off easily. In addition, the bendable part broke the 2nd day I had it after several adjustment attempts for a more secure fit. The technical part, sound reception is excellent.

I replaced a headset that was getting poor battery performance after two years of work. The Jabra is lightweight and small and as long as you keep your phone very close to the headset (shirt pocket works best for me) then it works like a beauty. Maybe my former headset was unusual in that it didn't need to be so very close, but that is my only complaint: handset and Jabra need to be so close or you get some static... it still works, but the static is distracting to me. I really like how the headset automatically disconects from the handset when you plug it in for charging so that you don't have to run to the wall, unplug and answer when you get an incoming call. After two weeks of using and a couple of times on the recharger I can tell you I am amazed at how lont the battery lasts (I haven't actually run it down all the way yet!). The Jabra is very comfortable. I hardly know it is there and I have found myself reaching up to my ear to check to see that it is still there. If it had a stronger signal it would be a 10!
