I have had to order multiple pieces for this product- it is a good device, leightweight, nice style, but does not filter out noise at all...trying to make voice-activated calls is a joke if it's noisy. Overall, a good beginner model, but if I had to do it all over again, I'd go with a Jawbone or something reallty noise-cancelling.
The house charger connection was difficult to use and was VERY fragile ... lasted a couple of months. The clasp over the ear is fragile and broke VERY easily. There are other models that work just as well if not better and are much cheaper
Comes in a brand new sealed package. not refurbished like what others are selling. A solid performing headset with some cool button features. The charging dock looks cool, but thats about it. A little difficult to get the headset plugged into it if you ask me, but they also provide a USB computer cable to charge via USB 2. Note that if you previously used the Jabra v500, then this takes a little getting used to because its not dangling down your jawline like the other models.
This is the best and most comfortable bluetooth headset I have been able to find. It's so light you forget that your wearing it.
Battery life is great, set up was a breeze. The reception is pretty good; there's no static on my end. However, folks on the other end say I sound a bit far away, or like I'm in a tunnel. The arm has already broken...very flimsy plastic bits attach the arm to the earpiece. It is fairly comfortable to wear for short amounts of time, but by the end of the day, my ear is somewhat sore. I only use it while driving (about 3 hours a day), but I don't think I could wear it any longer than that. It has been a good starter bluetooth headset for me, and next time around I'll have a better idea of what features are important to me. Overall it was a good value, and I am satisfied with it, but when it dies, I'll be looking for something better.
