Great Idea - poorly executed
If this is for a home office, why doesn't it plug into the home phone line? I called support and they said there was not a way to do it. So I asked about my softphone and why I couldn't pick up or end a call from the headset and they said to call my IT department and that it was up to the SoftPhone manufacturer. Once again, I have a home office and no IT department. The support was not great. The guy seemed disinterested and not very knowledgable. Worked fine with my cell phone. You have to dial each device from the device itself, the touchscreen is not used for any of that and it is not detachable. I have since found products from other manufacturers that seem better (plug into your home line, detachable dialer, use any headset) but still not great support for the softphones.

Good when it works
I've had this connected for about a week now. It's great when it works and I am learning how to make it do that. It takes a little leaning curve to get it swtiching between iPhone and handset. The biggest issue I've encountered so far is that the unit will say connecting to headset for long periods of time. Sometimes removing the headset from the charger will allow it to reconnect. Today I unplugged the base power and reconnect t and everything connected fine. I am still trying to figure that out. I am also waiting for my electronic hook switch which will make this a much more efficent thing to use. The blue tooth connection to my IPhone has been fantastic.
