I purchased my Bluetooth online and received a promptly. After about a week of trying to get it to operate properly I decided to return it. I went online got a return authorization number and shipped it off. Shortly after I received an e-mail stating they were crediting my credit card for the full amount. This is called good customer service, unfortunately you do not get this type of service as often as you would expect. Thank you for good customer service.

This item came apart after one month and unfortuately I did not buy the protection plan and glued it back together. I purchased this item for the price and brand because I have a Jabra Bluetooth 500, that's 5 years old and has held up well. What a big mistake in buying this one! It's too flimsey. I'm back to using my old Jabra. This product was a waste of money.

I really like the fit and sound but it did fall apart for some odd reason I had only had it for a week and I did not purchase the protection plan so I glued it together and it still works. If you buy this please purchase the protection plan besides that the longer I have it I am starting to experience static

I had another Jabra that i lost and replaced it with this one. good value, seems to work well, a little different funtioning than my last one but no problems at all. A little smaller than my last one, just getting used to it. Would buy it another if I lost this one. :)

I loved the fit, feel and sound quality on this headset. Plus it has a great amount of talk time on a single charge...BUT I will never by a bulk packaged item again! The first one of these I bought off **** for *** couldn't be manually paired. So I purchased this item from the Overstock. It worked great until the earpiece just fell apart into 2 halves for no reason. I used it rarely and always stored it away properly. Luckily, I purchased the Platinum Protection Plan and am awaiting a refund. Sure wish this one would have worked out because I had to purchase an unopened OEM model for ***

The Jabra BT5020 is comfortable to wear and talk quality is excellent. I'm impressed with the range I get as well. As it was bulk packaging it came with only a brief startup guide and I had to pull the full user guide from the internet but this was an easy matter. I work from home and am on a number of long conference calls every week so a bluetooth is a true necessity.

I have owned many bluetooth, from cheap Walmart versions to an expensive Plantronics. I really like Plantronics for quality and comfort, but I was looking for something without the big mic boom on my face and something more discreet. I have owned a Jabra Stone in the past and really liked it, but has the problem that won't maintain a charge for very long. The BT5020 is much more discreet than most other headsets. It is actually pretty comfortable to wear. Comes with 2 soft rubber pieces to fit comfortably inside my ear. One problem I have had is that this rubber piece tends to fall off easily when storing the headset in my shirt pocket. Twice already I have almost lost it. The other problem i have had is that the back of my ear starts to get a little sore after extended use. I am talking several hours of use hear, not just a quick car ride into town. I have used it for a month or so now and it seems my ear is getting used to it and usually does not get sore any longer unless I try wearing it all day long. The sound quality is good. Have not heard any complaints about people hearing me. The charge is very good (have never run out of battery during the day). The answer button takes a little getting used to. i am used to being able to use a single finger and press a button, but the BT5020 has the button on the back of the ear, so you must use your thumb to press the button while using the index finger on top to keep from pushing the headset out of your ear. But I quickly adjusted and works well. This might be a problem for people with big hands and fingers though. BTW, this is my first purchase from Overstock.com. I was a little disappointed with the delivery time (took about work 7 days), but I think that was more to do with UPS than Overstock.

this product is a disappointment. the sound quality is poor - lots of static. it is awkward to wear. on the plus side, it was easy to program, once i got a magnifying glass to read the miniscule print on the directions.

This is a super comfortable headset. It does not move around on the ear, which makes it sound like it would be irritating to the ear, but it is not. Great sound, and I think it is because the headset puts the sound so close to the ear canal and does not easily move away.

This earpiece was a gift for my husband. He was pleased with the style, quality and sound of this earpiece. The delivery was fast and efficient and as always Overstock saved us $$$.

I have bought numerous earpieces of this same model. It is excellent and easy to pair and use. I've bought several of them because I'd loose them just flat tear it up by adjusting the over-the-ear piece. As long as they are available, I'll still buy them if I need a new earpiece.

I would recommend this bluetooth to anyone who has had other brands and was not satisfied. It wraps around your ear and is comfortable to wear. The clarity is great. You wont get this product anywhere for a cheaper price. I was very impressed with Overstock.com. I couldnt believe how quickly my order was shipped.

The product was great - shipping was fast. The only down side was that it did not come with the ear gels - with out them the ear piece rotates out of your ear (which is not a horrible thing) you just have to reposition it when you get a call. Ordering the ear gel from Jabra was not easy - their customer service department was not very helpful. Other than that - it is a great product.

I had a BT 250 from Jabra and liked it a lot. I managed to break it (sat on it) and needed a replacement. I don't like the fold out boom mike headsets. they don't sit right on my ear and are uncomfortable. This one is so easy to wear I forget I have it on. The battery seems to last longer, but I haven't really tried it out on a trip. Good value and good headset.
