This is not a bad headset for the price. The value, features and audio quality are pretty good considering that this is not a high end bluetooth. I only have two minor problems with the product: 1. the fit isn't too great... you need to have perfectly shaped ears for the unit to fit right; 2. the function button is difficult to operate at times. Other than that, it's a great product.
This appears to be a gray market item from T-Mobile. The unit and cables came in plastic ziploc bags - clearly not the original packaging. I was expecting to give this as a gift. Not going to happen :( The description should mention this.
This model is simple to use when basic connectivity (without fancy bells and whistles) is desired. It's comfortable, convenient , works with voice activation, and it holds a charge for a reasonable amount of time before needing to be plugged in. Unfortunately, it doesn't come with a recharge tool - and one IS necessary. This is something to consider as it could end up being it a bit more expensive than other models due to the fact that a recharger must be purchased separately -- so watch your value add when you comparison shop.
Jabra BT350 is a very good product. I rate it and recommend it highly. It was easy to connect to my phone and very easy to understand and use. Overstock.com was very efficient in expediting my order. Thank you! cd in Rome,GA
Excellent product. It is comfortable to wear, has amazing sound and so easy to use.
All of the positive features about the headset are overshadowed by its poor fit. It hangs on my ear like a Christmas ornament and when I move my head, it alomost flies of my ear. I have tried to fit it into my ear, however, besides looking very odd,it is very uncomfortable.
The Jabra BT350 is an excellent product smiple to use and great audio on both the receiving and sending end and overstock had quick delivery time making this the best thing I've purchased in a long time
Was easy to pair with my phone, but options such as turning off the vibrate function did not work at all.
This is the second Jabra device I have owned. I have tried two other brands and neither stacked up to Jabra's comfort, sound, durability, and lasting battery. It is bigger thatn the others I have tried but once it is on your ear it feels like nothing is there. I am going to stay with the Jabra brand now.
I've been through a lot of bluetooths. I really like this one the most, especially when I have it in my ear and have it vibrate, no one knows that I am getting a call unless I answer it. I can do everything from my bluetooth, activiate voice dial, answer, three way, call waiting and everything, the only time I have to touch my phone is when I am putting it in my pocket or purse. I LOVE MY BLUETOOTH THANK YOU SO MUCH, I HAVE ALREADY TOLD A NUMBER OF PEOPLE ABOUT IT. LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is our 4th Jabra BT350, does a great job and the price keeps getting better over the years, very happy with it overall. Could be a bit louder, but in most cases works just fine. I would recommend that when Jabra makes these headsets that they include a little bendable wire in the rubber piece that hangs over the ear to make it last longer. I use one, my Wife and Son also and we just got one to replace my Wife's that recently broke. If you can still get this model do so, it's the best price performance deal out there. I have had the BT350 for about four years without any complaints.
Overall, it's halfway decent, but too many people have a hard time hearing me unless I cup my hand around the thing to kill ambient noise...Which makes the thing rather pointless. My next bluetooth will have one of those flex-stick arms to get the mic in front of my mouth where it belongs.
I purchased this unit for the price and the reviews said that is was pretty good. It was easy to link with my palm treo phone, and i like the feature that it vibrates on your ear when a call comes through. My only concern is that it does not fit on my ear well. I have to constantly fool with it and move it around. Sometimes it falls off. It may be because I am have smaller ears. A friend tried it on and they had no problem keeping the earpiece on. I am a female and he a male and this could be the difference. I am debating if i want to send it back, but i would like the same vibrating feature on the new one as well.
I was a little worried how this was going to work. Upon opening the box it was shipped in the headset wasn't in the packaging I had expected. But after charging it for a couple of hours I was quite impressed with it. The quality is very good. I've only had 1 call come through with static sounding noises. Overall I'm very impressed with it. Although the first call made me jump because the headset vibrates jus a millisecond before it rings. But I've gotten used to it now. I'd definitely recommend this to other people!
This is a good product. The sound quality is great and it is very easy to pair. I bought one last year but it only lasted 6 months, Jabra stands behind their product and replaced it. Only draw back is that the newer model is not as good as the old one. I bought this one for my husband and he really likes it. Hopefully it will last longer than 6 months.
really good bluetooth headset, the only thing bad is that the other person your talking to hears alot of the wind.
The unit is simple to use and holds charge fine. It connects to the headset without issue. Voice recognition is good. The speaker is very muffled and difficult to hear the automated phone voice and people you are talking with, it maybe because I have the volume turned up max (this shouldn't be an issue) or maybe its due to the phone itself. I only use this in the car and not for protracted conversations. As such this is fine for me. If you want something better my wife has an H700 and this seems more affective. I don't think there is a huge price difference here so deffinately worth the consideration. It looks like the ultimate is the jawbone although it is rather expensive, especially if you are a casual user. I did have a HF820 (in car) prior to this and the voice recognition was terrible. As such when I lost the charging cord I just replaced it.
This is my first BT hands-free earpiece, so I can't compare to others like it, but it seems to work fine with my Motorola E815 phone. Audio quality is fine, feature support is good. Physically it's a little bulky, but okay for the price. The only things I dislike about this device are that I wish it had a separate on/off button; holding down the main button for 5 seconds to turn it off is a pain. I also have to wonder what genius thought it would be a good idea to put the status light right in the middle of the main button. This is very awkward since you need to be able to see the light so you know how long to hold the button down for certain operations (like turning the thing off). Locating the light next to the button rather than on it would have been much better. I like the voice-command feature support, this works surprisingly well.
This headset has to be one of the best values in bluetooth headsets. The sound quality is loud and clear and no one on the other end has complained of how I sound. It also fits very well on my ear and is light and snug. Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed with this one!
I bought the Jabra BT350 Bluetooth Wireless Headset awhile ago for myself and it's terrific! The price was a great value as other vendors had this for $30 more! I did not even read the directions it's that simple to set it up and use! I actually bought one for a friend of mine after she inquired about mine and she loves hers. The only flaw is the audio could be a bit louder, but other then that it's great!
