I had a BT350 for over four years before it finally gave up the ghost. I've since tried three other Bluetooth headsets and they all disappoint in one way or another. The BT350 is lightweight, comfortable and has great sound quality. I was glad my wife found this "six-pack" here since I'll have a nearly endless supply! The only thing that kept the overall rating to four stars was the proprietary USB charging cable. A standard USB port would have made it five stars.
