Simple to set up and use. Decent receive audio quality with good reports of transmit audio as well. Excellent bargain.

I use a bluetooth headset in my car, but only infrequently. My worst case scenario is to receive a work-related call only to have the rechargeable battery die in the middle of a sentence. The BT2040 uses a real battery, not a rechargeable one. That means a) the charge lasts a long, long time (typically 3 months or so) and b) if it dies, I can quickly pop in a fresh battery (I keep a few in the glove box). Yes, it's true, the AAAA batteries are a little hard to find in stores, but they are easy to find on-line and not that expensive. I use the BT2040 without the earhook. Somehow, it stays put without falling out, and it is extremely light and comfortable. Sound quality is excellent. I had no trouble pairing with my Blackberry Bold. You can spend a lot more for a bluetooth headset, but why?

Works well though doesn't fit the ear as well as I would like.

I was very disappointed with this product. The ear piece is so big that it does not fit in your ear. I wish that I could get my money back for this product. I will not recomend this to anyone.

You pretty much get what you pay for here. We got this headset on sale for less than $15.00 and didn't get much. The earpiece is not ergonomic - or at least doesn't fit me well. I constantly have to readjust it. I wish I knew whose ears they test these on or if they bother asking commuters like us at all. And the people I call complain there is constantly 'static' on their end although I never hear it on the headset. The static is particularly bad inside a building that uses fluorescent lighting - the 60hz 'waves' make for a wonderful buzzing sound to the person you called.

I can hear fine on this device but nobody can hear me. It's the worst device I have ever owned, Don't waste your money

You can't beat it. Works great, and meets all my needs in the car. I suggest finding the AAAA batteries ahead of time, but other than that, it's perfect.

I can not get the bluetooth to fit on my ear properly and is not adjustable. I am planning to send it back. I cannot use it. It hurts my ear and falls off. The product looks great ,if you can't use it. What good is that? I really don't know what ear it will fit on right..

I was really excited for my bluetooth to come. It was a great deal and I wanted it for my Playstation3. I love how good of a deal it was for the device, but it always makes a crazy noise that hurts everyone's ears. I would not recommend for a friend who wanted to use it for Playstation3, but haven't used it as a calling device.

i like this bluetooth but i did not get two battery.

This was too big for my ear. Yes, I have a smaller ear, but even with the ear loop I can't get it to stay in my ear!

finding a AAAA battery will be the hard part. i thought it was AAA.
