Having been through several headsets I was looking for a moderately priced replacement for ANOTHER lost unit. I found the BT-350 so easy to use I passed it on to my girl friend and ordered another. It paired with either of our phones in a snap and the sound quality is excellent. Definitely a great value for the price!

I don't know if it's because of the shape of my ear, but it's always about to fall off. Since it's not tight against my ear, I can't hear well with it. Not well designed.

So far, so good. This is my first bluetooth and so far it is fine, especially for he cheap price.

The bluetooth I purchased I believe was a rerurbished one it had a few nicks and scratched but in good shape. The price was right. At times it is a little hard to turn on and off. I like the confort fit and the feel of the bluetooth, becasuse when I have it on my ear I can still hear from that same ear. I would buy another one from Overstock.com, everything that I purchased I have been happy with.

I ordered 2 of these based on the customer reviews and I have been very pleased with the item. It took no time at all to pair up with our Samsung phones and it is simple to use. I have been using it for about 3 weeks now, mostly while driving and the headset reception has been very clear with no echo whatsoever. I bought the second one for my husband to use during his conference calls. You cant go wrong at this price; these really are an exceptional value.

Overstock is great,but this earpiece doesn't work like it should.Says it has a 200 hour stand by time or 7 hours talk time on a charge,but I can use it for maybe 30 minutes a day and it starts flashing red less than 13 hours after charging

I needed to get up to speed technologically and the Jabra BT-350 Bluetooth Wireless Headset allowed me to achieve that in part. Being able to oprate hands-free was the desire and now I have that capacity. I am truly up to speed and with the Jabra BT-350 Bluetooth, i at least have the ability to get my business needs accomplished and be technologically sound.

the price was right but the quality wasn't. this device isn't what it was craked up to be i had a hard time figuring out how to use it and i still haven't the re-dial and ohter features are teriible to use i just use this when i drive and a call comes through but not for everyday use

I think this is a great deal. I have never had a bluetooth before because they were too expensive. The price of the Jabra BT-350 is ideal for someone who just wants to try out the product. The sound quality is excellent. I have had no problems with the device. I am enjoying it.

It sits on the outside of your ear, and is very hard to hear the other person even with the volume adjusted. Not really meant for smaller heads.

I purchased this headset about 6 months ago. It pairs easily, audio quality is great on both ends, and the battery life is long for a headset. I liked it so much I purchased two more for family members. The only negative of this headset is that it will be on but won't connect to the phone. We have had this problem with two of the three headsets, on different brands of cell phones. Problem is solved if you power off the headset (and sometimes the phone). I left the headset in a pocket and it went through our front-loader washer. I let it dry and charged it, hoping it would work. To my surprise, it still works, and has for the last three months. Since then, the only problems are the loss of the vibrate alert function (which wasn't my favorite feature), and a slightly shorter battery life. When (or if) this headset dies on me, I will definitely be purchasing another one. For the price, you can't get a better headset.

The only thing that annoys me about this product is that from time to time my phone will show that the Bluetooth is operating, but when I talk into it, it's really not working and the call has been transferred back to the phone. And this is when the Bluetooth is fully charged. Even when I try to transfer the call back to the Bluetooth, it won't go. Then I wind up having to turn off the phone and Bluetooth, restart both, and then it's fine. Besides that, I have no problems with this product. I like how flexible it is when it comes to using it on both ears, the sound is pretty clear and no one complains about not hearing me, and it's comfortable for the most part.

I really love my Jabra Bluetooth. The sound clarity is great and it is easy to use. I lost mine recently and I felt helpless. There are many Bluetooth varieties on the market but I decided to stick with what I was happy with. I highly recommend this item.

We got this for my hubbies birthday... ANd we STILL canont figure out how to program or use it! I think I will end up having to go to a AT&T store just to have it programed for his phone...

This headset is perfect for the value. Pairs right up, incredible talk time and excellent audio. A little loose on the ear but managable.

Best Bluetooth there is. I wear them out. I've bought them for my sons and grandsons. We all use them with ease. One grandson uses his with his laptop playing games on-line. No other brand comes close!!

If you have small ears this is the product for you. The earpiece adjusts accordingly to the curve of your ear and at this price an excellent value.
