Excellent sound quality from the ear piece. Very comfortable to wear, a little hard to get over the ear and into the ear canal, but once its there, you hardly know its in place. The boom is short, so you have to speak clearly and with a full voice to be heard, especially to someone who is hard of hearing.

It's okay for the value, but callers hear on echo when I use this headset.

This headset is not worth the trouble. Because I had to replace an olderJabra headset that fits very well, I thought this one might be just as good. Because of Overstock's attractive price I sprung for it. I was wrong. It doesn't fit well because of the small plastic earloop. And the sound quality is not worth it either.

The sound quality for incoming is pretty good. Several people I have been talking with have a hard time hearing me and tell me I sound a million miles away

I love this! I was trying to find a good wired head stead, and this is it. Couldn't beat the price, I looked! It's easy to use, comfortable and sounds great. The only bad thing is that sometimes the person on the other end says that I cut in and out. I would still recommend it!

Great price for this piece which you will find in other places for much more. What I don't like is that it has no clip and it has a control panel which sits on the wire that hangs which is a little heavy and pulls the ear piece out of your ear. As with all ear pieces with the "hook around ear piece", it's awkward wrapping it around your ear, and then the piece that fits inside your ear turns as your trying to adjust the "hook", the hanging heavy wire and the earpiece. sometimes you just wish you'd get the ticket already and get put out of your misery. But once it's on, the sound quality is great, it stays pretty much in place (if you never move your head), and for the price, it's alright....

the earpiece itself works fine, but plugging & unplugging it from the phone & adjusting the length of the cord, can be a real nuisusance. i only picked the one with a cord because at the time i couldn't afford a cordless one. i eventually did buy i a cordless one, but then i learned to my dismay that my phone isn't blue tooth capable. so, i'm stuck with the cord for a while.

The headset I recieved was great although it came with no instructions I easily figured out how to work it and found that the button on it was the mute feature.

I prefer to to use a headset on my phone and recently purchased a Jabra Air Wave Boom 2.5mm Headset. It works well although sometimes the volume is not enough for some to hear me.

The sound quality that I received was excellent, but the person that I was speaking with told me, on several different conversations, that my voice was garbled. I was told to move it away from my face a little, but when I tried to do that, the ear plug came out of my ear. I am still going to try to figure that part out ,because the receiveing is excellent. I would recommend it to a friend, but I would also tell them the problem that I was having.

This hands free works really good, it would be even better if it was wireless. But for the price you can't beat it. It is really clear and you don't have to strain to hear or yell to talk into it.

Excellent value, great noise canceling microphone. Only con is plastic chrome coating tends to wear very fast. At this price, who cares.

I was disappointed in the headset. The mic does not move freely, so the whole headset moved when I tried to adjust the mic. The people I talked with were not able to hear me very well. Did not like the way it actually hooked over the ear.

Like that the Headset came with different size earpieces and the price was half of what the cell-phone stores charges.

This earpiece is comfortable and the sound quality is excellent.

I already have this product so I know it was good. My only complaint is that it was refurbished and that was not stated in the ad. I know this because it did not come in the products packaging. This was purchased for a gift so I would have not made this purchase if I had known it was refurbished.

Sound quality is good, takes getting use to comfort wise though. If you turn your head too quickly, the wire gets caught and there goes the ole ear!

This product is not good! you can hardly hear the person on the other end. The ear placement is awkward and to be frank, i hat the product.
