Great little Camcorder
This little camera packs a punch for the price. It is HD 1920x1080, there are no tapes or dvds to mess with, very few mechanical parts. It uses two SD cards. We use 2 16gb cards and there is more than enough space to record on. You will run out of battery before you run out of room on the SD cards. If you are not plugged in, buy a spare battery or better yet an extended life battery! We were astounded by the video quality of the medium shots we were taking. Our DV tape jammed on our main camera, so this little camera saved the take. Two drawbacks - no external audio input, and it is hard to press the record button without disturbing the camera when it was in a small tripod.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The video quality is awesome for our studio useage as a backup camera.

Great Brand but Dissapointed with Refurbished Item
I thought the reviews on here were great and expected the same results but for some reason my camera's hd quality did not reflect on the uploads. My videos were blurry and I was extremely disappointed. I don't doubt JVC is a good brand, I just didn't luck out on the refurbished part. The item looks as good as new and was repackaged with everything I would need. Does have a short battery life but I think I'll be buying a brand new JVC this time around.

JVC Camcorder, great refurbished buy
I did my reviews before i purchaced this Camcoder and what i found out is that for the price I payed for this one, I endded up with an awesome camcorder, meets all descriptions on the website, I am using it to record high school soccer games and the end product is great.

Refurbished JVC Camcorder
I purchased this item as a birthday gift for my son. I wanted to find him the best quality camcorder that I could--at a reasonable price. I decided to go with a refurbished because I could get a better quality for the price of a new one. I am glad that I made that decision. This is a good product, and looks brand new.
