Have been using this camera for a while now, still have access to my old GR-DVL-300 cannot believe how things have changed here, I am very happy I kept with the mini-DV format and the memory card is a great addition. battery is terrific and resolution is great. I have no idea how to attach the neck strap and I miss the eye piece but it is so easy to use my 1 year old has taken some interesting movies.
This was the best purchase I have ever made. The Camcorder came with everything it said it would and then some. Overstock is such a great company I have been buying from them for years. I have done research on the camcorder for a few weeks and when I found it on here I JUMPED on the price! I wish I could give it 10 stars for the price ,the camcorder, and for Overstock!

I couldn't believe that I have been able to get such a QUALITY product for a very reasonable price. It was refurbished and haven't had one problem with it. I used the chat session and these folks really know their stuff. I was amazed as to the EXCELLENT customer service and cooperation. Something you don't find very much of these days. I will recommend Overstock to anyone!!! 5 Stars to the whole experience.
