Small, Easy to operate, good quality picture, good price

We're still not sure if this is a battery issue or an issue with the camera, but it only held a charge once. I charged the camera up the first time to interview my 95 year old great aunt at a family gathering. The second time we tried to use it AT THE BIRTH OF OUR SON, even after keeping it on the charger for a full 24 hours, it was DEAD.I'm still distraught over this horrible breach of trust. We bought this camera and trusted one of the most precious moments of our lives to it. It couldn't have let us down any worse than it did.

I received the product in unusable condition. Eventually could not open to install the mini-DV cartrdige. Upon reading through the manual I found that it is really a very basic camcorder. Many really 'nice to have' features were listed only for the higher end model 870. e.g. usb connection to PC. So I've asked for a refund, but in the meantime have now ordered the 870 for just $10 more.

This is a really nice camera. It is small and easy to store away when i am not using it. And very light when i am using it. Also has all the features i want to at a good price.

Nice camera. We used it at Christmas. Some features we have not figured out yet. But I am sure we will.

The price was great ,and the camera is small enough and takes such great videos. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitly recommend it . The fact is it was a God send .My son is leaving for Iraq again and now we will have beautiful videos to keep us company while he is away fighting for our great country.
