Service was great. Responsive to my call. This was my first purchase from overstock. A part was missing when I opened the package. It had evidently come to Overstock that way prewrapped from the factory. Once I called to inform them and request the missing part, they sent me an entirely new correctly packed boxed item and they did so with all due speed and alacrity. I will definitely shop here again and recommend my friends do the same.
