qs3000 from Souther California, CA, Rating:4.0Nice little drive for older synthesizers that use SCSI. You may need an adapter for the SCSI connection based on your setup. The drive did get warm fast, a characteristic of the older Seagate drives. The price was low to argue about anything though. It arrived well packaged and it looked new. It has an IBM logo on it stating that it was made for server use (which explains the 10000 rpm speed) so it may have been used in such applications before.

ttown2010 from Tacoma, Wa, Rating:5.0Great product. I love that I am able to transfer files greater than 10 gigabytes and the speed is faster than USB.

wu5tang5 from Columbia, SC, Rating:5.0These SCSI drives are extremely fast and work very well. You'll need a SCSI controller and the proper cabling and a little "know-how" to get them to work in your system, but once you do they are worth every penny. I personally use these as scratch drives for projects, as I want to limit the amount of writes I have to my SSD drives. For the purpose i'm using them for these work GREAT!

risetony from Long Island, NY, Rating:5.0I needed this hard drive for my Olympus MR-100. It is exactly the same one as original. The price was right, and now it doesn't need to be thrown out because the 6 year old original drive died after 100's of hours of use.
