It was gift. They liked it and had a difficult time assembling the base. Looking for the arrow on the fan to put it together. But once they did they were very satisfied. I can tell because one he like the remote and did not sit under the fan and was able to enjoy it from a distance. Cool.
This looks like every other double window fan with both fan and exhaust features. However, you can't just flip a switch, you need to take it out of the window if you want to change it to exhaust mode. This very important fact was not listed in the details but it was on the box when we received it. Overstock was super helpful, though - fast service and quite courteous.
I found the filter work very well just like the one I been buying in Walmart as replacement to my original system , which by the way I purchase in Target. I the only different I could tell was the price of $18.00 for one and $35.00 for three, so I feel I got a very good deal, especially in these hard time.
We are very pleased with the purchase. It's a great design and nice and quiet.
The blades are reversible which makes the adaptable to my colors. The 3 speeds operate by remote or wall switch. The simplicity of the style, give my kitchen a new look. It's beautiful.
