  I ordered this but when it arrived, it was for a mac which I do not have. They gave me a store credit after numerous emails. This product is not as easy to use as advertised. I got the right one and still trying to figure it out.

  I was trying to save some VHS movies I had from self-distruction. I thought ELGATO VIDEO CAPTURE would do the trick better than my previous system but it idid not so. Even if it is more advance than my previous capture system, the quality of the final product when I exported to the DVD format was inferior in quality to the original VHS tape. I know that the VHS quality wise is less half as good as a DVD product. Nevertheless, I expected the resulting copy should have been AS GOOD AS the original VHS tape. IN truth, IT WAS NOT and gave me an inferior resutl. F.Gajate

  Great product worked with no problems. Easy installaiton and setup and the price was great much cheaper then going to the store. I was really supprize I was able to get this software and save well over $100. Keep up the good work overstocked!!
