This phone is a piece of junk. If used with other phones on the same line, it interferes with the reception if you answer from an extension. I wish I had unpacked this phone and hooked it up sooner so I could have returned it. As it is, I exceeded my 30 days prior to discovering all of its faults. It does make a nice looking paper weight though... unfortunately That's about all its good for if you have extension phones in another room.

I LOVE THIS PHONE! It has all the bells and whistles of higher priced phones and even some even they don't have. The best part is that you don't need ac power. In case of a power outage it will continue to work. I bought one to try. Now I'm going to buy two more.

Even at the list price, this is a fantastic value. Cant say anything bad about the phone. Ordered another today.

This phone is great for the home or office. The speaker phone is so clear, and it is very easy to use. Looks even better in real life then the stock picture. I bought one to use in my living room and my desk and it fits right in, in both places.

GREAT PRODUCT!!!! Very easy to use and very useful. The Font size is just right for all eyes. A must get and great present.

This phone has a great format - looks & ease of operation but relying on batteries is not good enough. The audio/speaker phone is far to quiet to converse with callers all of whom complain. Pity cannot someone develop this into a more effective speaker phone??

I get many compliments on the looks. I like the way it can stand up straight so that I can see the caller from quite a few feet away while I am cooking in the kitchen. Complaints are that the receiver cord is very short and cannot be switched out. There is no volume control on speaker phone. I would LOVE this phone if it had those two items but will still enjoy this for the reasons mentioned above!

The unit and features appear as describe. However, the light in the LCD display is very pale; the speaker for hands free speaking is inaudiable. Handset cord too short.

cant hear over the speaker phone. I gave this phone to my grandkids to play with. like the touch pad.

I really like the look of this phone online and purchased it in the silver/gray trim to match my home office equipment. It looks sharp on the desk and very sleek/contemporary. Handset is small and cord short but we mostly use the speaker. Loaded with great features, it's a perfect addition or finishing touch for the home office and you can't beat the price.

Really liked the look of this phone on the web site. It looks as good in person as it does in the pictures. Phone has clear sound with good volume. Setup was easy (setting date, area code, etc). Only a couple of downsides: no backlight on the display and callerid recall only shows the number, not the name. Also, the handset cord is not modular, so it can't be replaced with a longer one. Even with these limitations, we like the phone enough that we will be purchasing 2 more when they become available again.

This is a good phone but does have a few limiting or non-existent features. Other than the issues detailed in other reviews, I was disappointed to find that the ringer volume is not adjustable [e.g. high, low, off, etc.]. As such, there is no way to turn the ringer off and I had planned to use this phone for the personal phone line in my home office since I prefer that line not be audible in the office. On the upside, I'm keeping the phone anyway because it is a good value for the price. The speaker phone is great for my needs and I like the touch dialing pad.

This is an absolutely awesome phone for the price. It is loaded with handy features. The receiver is a bit small, but still works fine. Has sent a wave through my office. Several colleagues will be purchasing one.

This phone looks really nice, but it didn't suit me at all. I found it to be a bit awkward to work with, especially the phone receiver.

Product is good however, sice you would like to obtain more comments I would recommend such to another buyer with comments that the phone probably shold not be a primary phone which is to be used daily. I do not think it would hold up under daily usuage for a long period of time.

This phone has all the little quirks that I like but it has one big drawback. The "touch' numbers are a fluke. The 1-4 are easy to work, 5-6 have to be mashed harder; 7-9 ---you have to push all over the number pad to get it to work. Didn't send it back because the cost was so little, which I like. Wish the CID lit up. However, I'll keep it because it sits easily on my desk.

i bought the exact same phone for ten bucks at dollar general and its not a knockoff either same phone! its a little confusing to set things like time and such and it eats thru batteries like no other! it takes 4 AA batteries and there finished really quickly! i wouldnt waste my time on a phone like this one though it has good audio quality and the speakerphone works nicely!

Although the phone works as advertised the speaker phone volume leaves a lot to be desired. The music for call on hold is cumbersom and the display needs to be brighter. redialing with caller id is not that great a deal. Overall I would not by another one of these.
