The item does not work . Printer does not acknowlege nor accept one of the ink cartridges. I have purchased a new one and had the same resul. Now I am out the price of the printer plus the cost of the cartridge.

I am tech savvy yet this printer set up got the best of me, I am afraid. The set up was mired w/unusual instructions - the printer cartridges sounded like they were grinding across the slider, I am guessing perhaps a manufacturing defect on this issue??? The alignment of cartridges was impossible, that is why I am guessing there is a defect, but instructions on alignment were difficult to achieve/understand, I believe it may be a language translation issue that made the alignment a nightmare. Every time I tried to trouble shoot an ad would come on screen wanting me to buy Epson products or sign on for Epson sales products - really? can I get it installed first? Do not buy this product if you want to enjoy your day. Buy this product if you want to spend two hours in complete frustration, hahah! Going back - not for another Epson product though.

This is the first time I put together a printer. In fact, a first for anything machanical. The instructions were easy to follow, and at almost 80 years of age, I feel wonderful. Mission accomplished! I use it everyday. What was special about the machine, it came with ink, both black and color.

the only thing is, it doesn't come with usb cord. to be honest we set it up, haven't had a chance to use it yet.the only negative feedback that i have heard is the ink for this printer is more expensive then other brands. other then that it's a good product.
