This company has the worst product,and worst customer support that i have ever dealt with. Had product replaced. After using it less than a month, the contacts where the headphones plug in went bad. After multiple times calling they replaced it. only had it about 2 weeks now and having issues charging it. Went back on their web site to ask questions and there is no more info on the mp3 player. What a piece of junk. I will never deal with this company again and will let everyone I know about them..

The item shipped quickly and what I ordered. However, I was disappointed by the quality and ease of use. Husband found very hard to download music, ear pieces not comfortable. We will be buying a better quality one to replace this.

I had to use a diffrent player I was used to my RCA Opal . But I figured it out and I am not mechanical inclined at all .For the money it works good/

The MP3 player is a little smaller than I tought it would be and a little difficult to set up. Once you get all that done, it works great and has surprising sound. I bought this for my 7-year-old nephew and he really likes it.

Has a cheap plastic cover but plays music, stores pictures, e book and plays movies.It took me along time to coordinate the mp3 player but once I got it played back my selections without flaw. It is hard to program- I would recommend this for a child if you do not want to spend a lot and make sure you read the directions from the enclosed CD at least 10 times.
