I'm so happy i bought this product. I bought them for my little cousins, all under 10 for Christmas. I started putting music on them already, and the only problem i can see is that it takes a little while for the music to download to the player, however i found that my computer at work downloads them much faster than my computer at home, so of course the rate of speed is dependant upon the processor on your PC, but once they are on there its great. Because it was for their christmas i had to have my nephew to try it out and it seems that he maneuvers well once he gets the hang of it. Its easy to view, easy to get to what you want. I love it.The picture of course isn't as great as some expensive ones but for children 13 and under. It would be a great investment. But, Buy new ear phones, the ones that it came with are extremely hard to fit in your ear if you have small ears. Even I can't get them in my ears at all, ear buds that go INTO the ear is best if you are buying for children, and the sound of the ones that came with it isn't great either but kids won't even notice that. THUMBS Up to the manufacturer of this product.

I purchased 3 of these cute little pink mp3 players for my granddaughters for Christmas. They were way to difficult to load and to locate the music on the player. My husband is a computer guru and he said the system was a pain and that it would be too difficult to operate for our granddaughters. I'm disappointed because they were so excited for their players, as it is I think I'll spend a little more and get something more user friendly. I'm sending all 3 back.

I purchased this for my daughter for her 5th birthday. We haven't tried any video or pictures yet, but have had no problems loading the music and she has no problems using it herself. There are also games included on it, which she really liked.

I am going by the words of my Step-Daughter, She says she loves this LIl, Mp3 player. She says it is not hard if you know what you are doing. She is 19 yrs Old and not ashamed to say that this is the best Little player she has had almost as good as the nano she had, but lost. The only thing that isn't good are the earplugs get your own pair. So we give it a 5 stars.OH, YES AND SHE LOVES THAT IT CAME IN PINK.

My 10 yr old daughter loves this- she put her last mp3 player in the washer, so I got her this new one. She likes how it sounds and the ease of using it.

I bought this for my 7 year old daughter for christmas. I charged it and loaded songs on it just fine. After the first time of the battery going dead it has not held a charge since. My daugter is so disappointed so I guess the only other option is to buy an IPOD at least I know what I am getting and it will be well worth the money.

I purchased 2 of these for my girls, 4 & 6. They love them. It is perfect for them and I am not worried about them getting ruined. They were a great price and it seems to do more then the ipod shuffle my older has. Great product!

I THOUGHT THIS WOULD BE A GREAT CHRISTMAS PRESENT FOR MY DAUGHTER, WELL IF IS DIFFICULT TO USE, DOES NOT KEEP BATTERY CHARGE, AND DOWNLOADS POORLY. I AM NOW GONNA FIND A DIFFERENT BRAND TO REPLACE THIS WITH BECAUSE OF ITS QUALITY.

This was cheap so I bought it for my 8 year olds. They love the video, photo, and game functions, but when they try to listen to the radio the player completely skips over that function icon. This player is not straight forward in it's navigation. I guess you get what you pay for.

I bought two of these for my girls atr Christmas. The price and shipping was great but the unit felt a little cheaply made. They are enjoying listening to the music and plalying the games.

I bought this for my 6 year old daughter for xmas from santa and she has not been able to use it. I have tried downloading music on it and it only plays 10 seconds of each song and thats it. It was a good price for what I thought was getting a great product and it turned out to be a waste of money very hard to operate. I was very disappointed and so was my daughter. Ended up buying a RCA PEARL MP3. Now I am trying to send it back to get my money back and even the return is difficult.

The first day I received this item it broke. I thought about returning it, but decided not to bother. I would not recommend this product to anyone, it is a waste of money.

Very cute! My kids like the way it looks and the bright colors in the display window. This is much better than spending money on a IPOD! This does much more and is a fraction of the cost.

I was happy with my purchase. I had a little trouble downloading songs, but I figured it out and it works fine.

I bought this for my 5yr old little girl. It is very easy to download music for the not so computer savy. My 5yr old has no problem working the music portion of the MP3 player. We have not taught her to use any of the other features but the they seem easy to use as well. Great product for the price.

This was purchased for my daughter for christmas, SHE LOVED IT!!!! So far its working great and she is loving it. Shipping was fast and recieved it was in great shape. WOuld purchase from them in the future!

We thought this would be a great little mp3 player for our daughter. It stopped working 1 month later. It will not charge. Bad product. She bought it with her own money. Live and learn.
