Within just a few minutes of plugging this unit in for the first time, it melted. My outlet was fine, my battery specs were appropriate for the charger... I don't know why, but it melted and would have caught fire if I had not been in the same room, smelled the plastic and seen the smoke.Read More

Paid extra for shipping to take this on vacation. It didn't leave for a number of days after I ordered it but was delivered the day before I left. I put the battery in the charger and plugged it in but it was already charged. So far so good. So I leave and arrive in Costa Rica ready to shoot some pictures. The battery died after the first day and never charged again. There was no place within hours of where I was staying that had anything like that so I was done. It's a good thing I brought a point and shoot that took AA's or I wouldn't have had any pictures after the first day. As it turns out, I forgot it there. The only good thing about it is that I only threw away $20, (plus an extra $10 for expedited shipping). Extremely disappointed.Read More
The product was NOT compatible with the camera we have even though in the description the model was listed. The battery goes into the charger at a strange angle and barely makes contact but it did work. I was not happy that it did not seem to be the correct product but I also don't have time to search for another or return a $X.XX product.Read More

Works exactly as described! Rapidly charged my battery, color indicator light works like a charm, and it works as well or better than the Canon charger I lost! Small, too, easy to fit in a case while traveling. I was nervous when I saw the low low price that it would be a decent quality, but I have to say there is no need for trepidation, and no need to pay more. Happy customer!Read More
