Prior bad reviews were true.
Prior bad reviews I saw in advance were true. The product is poor quality. It does not seat in the car lighter well. IF you can get it seating and working, then it provides almost no power. You can charge your smart phone only if you put the phone in airplane mode, because standby signal search of the phone burns more power than the charger provides. So you can not use your phone off this charger power alone. This item only extends battery life, but you are still using up battery power.

Great priced bundle!
Casing a little loose, parts snap back together easily. Overall, works perfectly and a great deal for what you get. Just treat it gently as you should any cables/cords and it's fabulous.
