It didn't work so I sent it back. It wouldn't turn on for a while and then when I finally did get it to turn on it was so slow I couldn't do anything with it. I even had a friend who does IT look at it and he said to return it. We have a Thinkpad and it works great, I think we just got a lemon.
Not only did the product not work, customer service was not helpful. The boot disc was not included and I was told that I had to buy one on my own or send the computer back and wait 4-6 weeks for a refund. Satisfaction came from Corporate with a working laptop.

I have purchased a number of IBM thinkpads for our company. I had errored on this one as it did not come with an internal wireless card. It accepted an external one okay. With that exception is was fairly easy to customize to our needs. It is a hard little worker and appears to have a great battery life. No compliants from the staff it is assigned to.
hi' I recently received my computr from you and the features and price were great! The only problem I had was regidsering windows but this was resolved with a quick phone call, one other thing is that directions for the features might be included in the future.
I bought this laptop for Christmas for my daughter who was returning to college. It lasted until 3 weeks before her finals. and the motherboard went bad. She had her term papers as well as a lot of other materials and all was lost. The professional that we took it to said just throw it in the basket and never buy an IBM again. The only upside was overstock's easy return policy.
