Refurbished? Doesn't that mean cleaned?
I didn't expect a brand new computer, but if you say it has been refurbished, I would at least expect that the dust would have been blown off the circut boards and CPU heat exchanger coils. Also, perhaps a new application of heatsink compound applied to the CPU. In my opinion, the seller took no effort to put any detail work into "refurbishing" this machine. Poor quality!

Somewhat disappointed
This is the 4th refurbished computer I have purchased from Overstock, and the first time I have been disappointed. The unit makes a lot of noise, and the outer case doesn't align with the front jack/usb ports which makes them unusable. This is also the first IBM product I have purchased, and I think I prefer HP products.

- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? the front jack and usb port are out of alignment with the case, so they cannot be used
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. the unit makes a lot of noise and the front usb port and jacks can't be used. It seems to be working okay, though.
