Customer Reviews
I was so in hopes that this refurbished compouter would be the answer to our need but what a mistake! When my tech guy went to set it up he discovered: The hard drive was not wiped - the computer would not go beyond a boot stage and then was in a continual reboot loop. There was no way to bridge the partition between C and E drive without getting to a point that a warranty would be invalidated. The computer sale showed a software CD would come with it...it did not after such was promised BEFORE I made the purchase and we waited to try to do the set-up until the much delayed CD arrived and then it became the issue described above.ON THE OTHER HAND: Overstock.com was wonderful about allowing me to return the computer for full refund. Of course...that is still be processed - but I expect them to hold to their promises. The representatives were friendly and easy to work with.
This computer was easy to setup... just take it out the box and plug it in. The biggest issue is that the operating system has not been updated since the unit was packaged. Windows Update takes about 1 1/2 hours, but that is not really a problem.
