I am glad to have this computer, but unfortunately 2 days ago the computer started stalling and it got to a point where i continually have to mash the power button to get the computer to turn off while i am on the internet. i called my internet provider and they directed me to ibm tech center in atlanta. i was informed that i needed the system recovery software, which costs $45.00 and did not com with the computer. so i try to do the best that i can with this computer until i can get the system recovery software, and hopefully get the computer working at its full capacity.
