Computer was in bad contition.
Upon unpacking the computer it became apparent that any check of the computer can only have been very superficial. It was not in an "almost new" condition. One example of the bad quality-control is the condition of the TrackPoint: it was missing. The simply was no functional mouse-equivalent. In addition to that, the keyboard was dirty and it ratteled when one pressed the keys in the upper right corner. Some screws were loose, other screwed in at an angle. I decided to return the computer. Being refunded was easy and quick as 2 business-days after sending the package back I already had the money.
- How did the image on site compare with the actual product? Different to the computer in the picture, the Lenovo x200 I was sent did not have a webcam.
- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? The screen was loose (could be fixed with a screw-driver), the keyboard was dirty and ratteling and the TrackPoint was missing.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The product seemed to not have been checked for defects before it was sent to me.
