This is the third refurbished IBM/Lenovo, I have bought (for different applications--this is for my embroidery machine). They are consistently rapidly delivered and easy to set up, work just fine. I'm a retiree, don't have huge amounts of money to buy a dedicated computer, and this works just fine for me! I actually thought there was something wrong with this one, but I called Overstock, they referred me to the tech people, and of course it was just an Operator Error (ME)! Fast, compact and I really like it.
