Fluid dynamic bearing (FDB) motors deliver quieter drives with improved data integrity. Hitachi offers the only enterprise-class hard drive utilizing a head load/unload ramp which helps minimize drive failures caused by handling damage during integration.

These SCSI Drives are blazingly fast.
These SCSI drives are extremely fast and work very well. You'll need a SCSI controller and the proper cabling and a little "know-how" to get them to work in your system, but once you do they are worth every penny. I personally use these as scratch drives for projects, as I want to limit the amount of writes I have to my SSD drives. For the purpose i'm using them for these work GREAT!
- How did the image on site compare with the actual product? The image is of a SCSI drive and I have a SCSI drive.
- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? Yes
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The product works great. I have not had any trouble with the drives i've purchased to date.
