Ordering with Overstock has always been a breezy experience, this time no different. I love my picture frame. Beautiful appareance and offer nice high quality pictures. Nothing more I could have hoped for in a digital picture frame.
Got my picture frame, been using it for a few weeks now and love it! pictures resolutions is superb, very nice and sharp. The frame itself is very pretty looking. It's so much better than all the other ones I've looked at. The deal is a steal. You definitely can't get such great quality for such a bargain if you were to shop at those electronic stores. No where could beat Overstock deals! The instruction manual is kind of vague but if you just look at the menu it is pretty self-explanatory therefore not difficult to figure out all the functions. I am no tech-expert but got the mp3 going and all pictures loaded without a problem. The speaker is very good, I am surprised since it's from a picture frame. Christmas is approaching so I will be placing 3 more orders of these beautiful frames to take back home as gifts for family members. Great deal, high quality and make a wonderful gift during the holiday seasons. Definitely recommend to anyone.
I bought this frame for a gift at the end of April and it is already not working. The picture is really light and you can't see the photos. I called the manufactor and they were really short with me and said to just send it in because a part went out. I had to pay for the shipping back to the company and I am currently waiting for my replacement frame. I would buy another frame that is name brand if I could go back and do it again.
Thought the resolution would be better. The remote did not work out of the box but Overstock was very good about correcting the problem. Otherwise product is very useable.
This frame doesn't feel cheap. The color and picture quality are very nice. The only problem we've had are the directions. They are unclear and therefore hard to understand. We still don't know how to use all the functions. It lacks some desirable features, like being able to view the pictures in a random order. Also, you can't change the screen format to fit the size of your photo, so it automatically crops the picture to fit.
