The mp3 player was very cute but it wouldn't turn off so we had to send it back

• How did the image on site compare with the actual product? It looked the same as the site
• Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? no

You can't hold much on 64mb. My fault for not realizing it. You have to buy a separate SD card, (NOT INCLUDED!) to hold any decent media on here. And the way the card fits, it pops out too easily & then you have to power it back up. I keep having to push the little reset button in the back because it gets stuck on "loading." I don't think it is as easy to operate as the Barbie player she had before. The battery life is not very long lasting. Good thing I didn't pay too much for it. It's cute, but not very functional....

Got this for my daughters 7th birthday. She loves it of course. It was easy to set up and download songs. I think its a great starter MP3 player for a young child.
