My son used for online gaming, it feel apart within two weeks. It didn't really cost much so I guess you get what you pay for..
I use it for online calls. I couldn't hear the other side well as sounds are distorted. The other side couldn't hear me clearly either. I have not able to have a complete phone conversation using this headset.
See above, it feel apart within a week. Earpieces became detached from the overarching piece. They snapped back again but sound quality has suffered
I purchased two sets a year ago and used each of them weekly off or on for a year to place and receive calls using Google Voice. After about a year they both developed poor connection on the green connector. I had to fiddle with the twisting and bending the end to get the sound, but once this started they didn't last much longer. I just bought another pair this week because of the price and they are very comfortable.
The earset has very good sound quality. Nevertheless it didn't live to my expectations, based on the specifications published by Plantronics. Plantronics said the reach was up to 210 feet, and in reality it was around 70-80. They also said battery power was up to 6 hours, and mine died after less that 3. This is clearly not an Overstock problem. When I spoke with Overstock they were very gracious attending my call, and accepted the return without any obstacle.
