  The headset fell apart after 2 days of using it. The mouth piece just fell off. It was hard to hear through even with the volume turned all the way up. EXTREMELY limited instructions sent. Also the cord is very short & you have to sit right up on the TV to play.

  My last headset fell apart after five year of use. This is a heavier, better constructed pair and therefore more durable. Fits a little snug against the ears, but that keeps it in place and the foom pads feel comfortable enough.

  The sound and the mic work perfectly, however, there's no control options on the headset. I have to use the control system in my pc to adjust the volume and mute/unmute. I bought to this headset to use with my IP Phone system from work on the days that I work from home. I
