when i opened the box it was obvious that the hard drive was used, a little beat up, i had to install it due to a project i was working on, it seems to work ok, overstock shouldnt send used product when its being sold as new.

Warranty was null and void because someone had pushed in the warrranty sticker on back. No USB cord as it should have had. First tiem purchasing with you. Not a good experience.

This product is wonderful. I mainly needed it to store my iTunes library since worked prohibited us doing so on our computers. I simply plug it in and then open iTunes and I'm ready to listen. I highly recommend it.
The only thing that bummed me out is it needs an outlet. I was hoping it would run off the computer's power source as a flash drive does. Other than that, it's incredible!
