Hannspree 27-inch 1080p LCD
I wanted a specific size tv to fit an existing tv cabinet. I didn't want a big purchase. I did want a 1080 resolution after seeing a 720 in the same size class - big difference in viewable screen. My Hannspree is almost a year old and still works fine. It is connected to satellite and is watch straight on from the bed. Might be harder to watch from the side but it's irrelevant to me. I'm happy.
