The sound is terrible, the portion that inserts into your ear is extremely large and did not fit into my ear. When you try to put the little device in your ear you end up inadvertently making phone calls because of the position of the buttons. I've had several bluetooth devices and this is by far the worst. I recommend getting the plantronics discovery 650.

Earplugs or inserts that came with the product are not big enough to stay in the ear. They are smaller than the ones that came with the WEP200. A transparent ear hook would be a good accessory for this product. Overall sound quality is good.

mutifunctional button is placed in the wrong spot, in order to get it into the ear it have to be press on that spot in order to get it in, and when I do this I place a call by accident

Just like anything that I reviewed about the product was true the mutifunctional button is very much placed in the wrong spot, in order to get it into my ear I have to press on that spot in order to get it in, and when I do this I place a call by accident. I am going to try and turn it in and I'll try something else
