    I"m not happy with the sound quality on these. I bought one new a few months ago and the sound quality is great. I received these in clear zip lock baggies, not the original box so I'm guessing they're refurbished maybe.

    too many bluetooth devices in my world. my car was conflicting with my cell phone headset and they both would drop when I got in the car. Also tired of carrying chargers. Found this headset and have owned plantronics stuff for years. works great, light and had a decent length cord. sound is really good both ways.
