I bought this to fit my sister's new laptop--it's 15.6 inches. It fit in the sleeve with enough wiggle room to fit the cooling fan, too. It would definitely fit a 17" computer. It's a great buy, well made, and it's reversible from black to maroon. For the price, you absolutely can't go wrong!
This reversible 17-inch sleeve is acceptable. There is nothing special for this sleeve except the cheap price. If you are looking for some fancy outlook sleeve, this is not the one. It works alrite.
I thought this would be enough for my use, and while it is exactly what was advertised, I really needed more than just a cover to carry and use the laptop. So, I am not really using this cover as I have now also purchased a carry bag. Not Overstock's fault, I didn't' know what I needed.
