I am happy to send this review because I was a bit apprehensive about buying this way,but after a phone call to overstock operator and she explained what RECONDITIONED really meant,I am so glad I took a chance. My t.v is great I love the flat screen picture and I programmed it my self. It is off-white and very sharp in my bedroom. The volume is NOT a problem . It appears to be new merchandise and I am happy.
The product is excellent. The only thing I do not like is that I received a remote control for a black TV and the TV I bought is the white one. As far as the quality of the TV, there are no complaints. It is of superb quality.
