I bought this phone for my son as (one) of his HS graduation presents. I chose this phone based on my personal experience with HTC products and other reviews I'd read on the internet. This phone came absolutely brand new/sealed in its box and my son loved it! He popped his sim card in, uploaded his contacts and he was in business. The phone automatically used the proper settings for Data, MMS and SMS. He really likes the Android operating system.......something he didn't have with his other phone. Lot of other great features with this phone........wifi, good camera, etc. In sum, a great phone at a great price. And don't forget the warranty.

I purchased on of these directly from my service provider for more than this amount and was required to have a two year contract! My 14 year old son loved my phone so much he saved his money to purchase this phone. He is pleased with it. The absolute only little thing we both wish were different....there is no earphone jack so you have to use an attachment to use regular earphones. So you can not be charging and listen to music at the same time. Other than than it has some really fun features.

This phone was a waste of money. The battery doesn't hold a charge for more than a few hours and I cannot get online with this phone. Additionally, the phone turns itself off and on by itself. Terrible. Anyone reading this...DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I would give 5 stars if the color was as I expected. Otherwise love the phone. Overstock is great!

There was a chip in the paint when the phone arrived. Not that huge of a deal, but if the product is to be sold as new, it should be free from manufacturer flaws. The purchase was made for my wife. She needed a phone replacement and it wasn't worth the hassle of going for "who knows how long" without a phone for an RMA over a paint chip. The phone itself works fine. Other than that, we are please with the product. Still yanked off 2 stars.
