The computer has turned out to be all it was advertised to be. The features are exciting and the layout of the computer is outstanding. The computer screen is large and very clear. It is a sleek and very fast responding machine. However, we are have a problem with the promotional software installed. Though this problem is not directly the fault of the computer, it is frustrating and I am sure we will work our way through this. I would purchase this computer again and recommend it to anyone needing great value for the price. It is refurbished but I would not be able to tell the difference from a new one. Great, powerful, quick and totally wonderful piece of hardware.

The product, the price, the service are all great. This is the third refurbished electronic product that I have purchased and I will never pay full price for something new again when I can get this quality at a discount.

This computer is just amazing. It was incerdibly easy to set up and I am in awe of how fast and capable it is. I only use my home computer for very basic things, web surfing, writing, research, etc so I am not sure how it fairs if you need to do extensive photo editing or things of that nature. But I have to say I think it was great deal here on Overstock and I have no regrets! So far it is a dream!

I just recieved my computer. I do not know if it has any quirks or not. It is beautiful and so far works well for the things I need, as a student. For the minimal amount of time the PC has been in use I would recommend it to my friends. To be continued....

I purchased this for my son in September 2009. The Laptop is great! Perfect working condition and no noticable inperfections on case or screen...

I purchased a laptop for my son for Christmas. He is genuinely happy with it, except he is unable install Windows 7 on it as advertised in the pamphlet which accompanied the laptop. I am located in Scranton, Pennsylvania and my son lives in Arlington, Virginia. We communicate on a daily basis, but I tend to be fairly computer illiterate and he is not.

this is my first laptop and i'm happy to say that i'm extremely happy with it. looked good as new and handled perfectly. very good buy.

I got this computer for my online college classes and it was perfect. I had to create drawings based on pictures that my teachers posted on the internet. The size and quality of the screen is perfect for viewing pictures and movies. The only bummer is that I bought it a few months before Windows 7 was introduced. But I have not had any problems with Vista so far and I have had my laptop for 6 months now

I had some qualms about purchasing a refurbished computer, however, I'm delighted with my purchase. It's smart and sleek and features an oversized screen, but the performance and speed of the machine is the best. I'd highly recommend this computer to anyone.

Being a college student, the most important things on a laptop in my eyes are the webcam (to communicate with family members and friends back home) and the Internet (for research purposes along with social websites). The HP Pavillion was easy to set up and runs very smoothly. My only complaint so far is that my laptop has suddenly obtained a virus. From the looks of things, it has something to do with the Total Security software that either came with the computer or was already on the computer. I'm still trying to figure out what's wrong and how to get rid of it. Other than that, I can't complain about any of the features that some with the HP Pavillion. The webcam works great with my webchat software (Skype) and hasn't caused me any problems.

This Laptop is an execellent purchase. I really like the features and speed of this Laptop. I would recommend this to anyone who wishes to purchase.

Sleek and beautiful..with a great keyboard and screen. It may be a little wider and heavier than others. Very user friendly. It has all the features I need and enjoy. Looks brand new to me.
