GOT THIS PRODUCT IN 5 DAYS SINCE I ORDERED IT AND I LOVE IT IT WAS EASY TO USE AND GET STARTED AND COMES WITH GREAT FEATUERS
This computer is really nice but way too heavy and the battery life is not very good (only last about 2 hours). I was hoping to have a more mobile laptop but this one feels more like a full computer. Not too practical. I think I will return. It also took forever to arrive...
WORKS REAL GOOD, NICE AND FAST, ISSUES W/THE MEDIA PLAYER, SOMETHING I THINK TO DO WITH THE 64 BIT CARD AND THE WINDOWS VISTA, ALSO THE CAMERA DOESN'T WORK W/THE PROGRAM IN THE COMPUTER AS WELL AS THE MICROPHONE I NEED TO HAVE IT LOOKED INTO, OTHER THAN THAT LONG BATTERY LIFE GREAT PICTURE...
I bought this laptop for myself for Christmas and I love it so much!! It's absolutely huge and all the features are awesome!! I came quickly and was packaged very well and I use it every day. I would most definitely recommend this laptop to anyone and was absolutely worth the money!!
I thought this laptop was a great deal when I bought it 2yrs ago. I was always warned about buying refurshished electronics, but after my experience with my Dell Desktop, which I bought new and had to have half the components replaced before the warranty expired, which they did with refurbished parts anyway, I figured it didn't matter refurb or new. However, there is a big difference when it comes to warranty, even with an extended warranty. Six months ago, all the Microsoft Office pre-installed software stopped working, because the key code on this computer didn't match the one record. So I had to buy new office software. They didn't wipe the drive, before they sent it out, so I had to deal with a mess of incomplete or infected programs from the previous owner. Now, the motherboard doesn't recognize the internal webcam or the internal DVD RW drive, so no new software can be added without an external drive. They told me they could replace the motherboard for $300-$400 bucks (half of what I paid for the original computer) or do the cheap fix with external components for about $80. The whole point of buying a laptop is PORTABLE power, which is defeated by having every USB port attached to an external device and doubling the weight of your computer. Go to Costco or Best Buy and get a new one. Refurbs may be cheaper, but it is a crapshoot when it comes to customer service.
