I was am very pleased with this printer although I have not used all its features yet. It is very easy to use and I am amazed at how fast it is! I am also amazed at all the features that it does have.I have an HP printer which I have had for 7 years. I bought this printer for my wife to use but after I got it set up I realized it was so much better than anything we had had before so now I have it set up to where we both can use it. I think it is just a marvelous bargain and would recommend it to anyone.What else can I say except I am very pleased with this purchase !

BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN!!!!! It will be worth the money. We did not get it with the first machine.This is our 2nd printer. We bought one in January 2008 and it started not feeding the faxes through the top. In 3 days Mar 2009 time it would not do anything, but it is a great machine. It makes great pictures and copies. The feeder on the top was our only problem.
