Wow will I ever buy a brand new computer again???? Heck no, not when I can get a refurbished just like new one for a fraction of the cost. I am so happy with my Laptop. It came in a box the day it was suppose to be here. I opened it plugged it in after putting in the battery and off and running I was. It looks just like a brand new laptop not a scratch on it. I was so impressed I had my daughter buy one too. Trust me when I say it is worth the money!!! I have a HP dest top with a huge screen and this has just as good stats if not better. I play wow so its a must to have memory and graphics and this laptop does. I had to wait a while for it to become available but it was worth the wait...Shari from Las Vegas Nevada
Was a little uncertain about ordering a refurbished laptop as you tend to see beat up "off lease" models. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a "like new" model with no cosmetic blemishes. It definitely exceeded my expectations.The laptop worked perfectly out of the box and has been performing well for a couple of months now.
The nvidia graphic card can load & run just about any game you want. Version of Vista is stable & dependable. Good software package and WIFI has connected everywhere I've gone so far. These features make up for the size & weight of the laptop.
I got this for my son who is in high school. It is so much more than he needs - it's better than mine that I paid a lot more for. He hasn't had any issues with it at all. The shipping was fast and the product is great. I'm considering getting another one.
I must admit that for my first laptop computer I was hesitant to order a refurbished unit. I was pleasantly surprised to discover my hesitation was completely unwarranted. The laptop has all the features including screen size, amount of memory, etc I desired and was shopping for. Being somewhat of a novice I was very pleased with this laptop.
