I have had 2 of these, now I find myself having to come out of pocket for a 3rd. the first one I brought broke on the first day, they replaced that one. The second one now has a short in it. The warranty is only for 30 days, so I had to cough up another 30 bucks (express shipping I’m a student).

• How did the image on site compare with the actual product? ok, two variations in length. one is a lot longer and more convient than the other

• Please tell us about the quality of the product. The quality was ok, then plumited to verry low

This product is not compatible with my laptop but in its description it states that it should be compatible. Will have to discuss it with Customer service staff.

Works great! Not a single bad thing to say...looks new, charges perfectly
