I like the machine; it prints well and is compatible with my rather old system (Windows XP and Office 2000). The set up was easy although I did have trouble setting up the wireless feature of the machine. After an hour or so of playing with it, I called HP tech support. I was very impresses with how long they were willing to patiently work with her to get it set up. They were on the phone literally for hours and were not able to resolve it and finally referred us to our ISP provider. I had long since given up and had gone out to but a UBS cord to make a direct connection between the printer and the computer. We decided to make one last attempt to get it set up through the ISP provider which proved to do the trick. It was a router problem and nothing to do with the printer. We even got a follow-up call from HP the next morning to see if we got it working and asking if there was anything else that could do. We are happy campers for the moment.

The printer is a good fit for our house. We have minimal printing and scanning needs, so it was a quality investment for us. The one problem that I did have was setting up the wireless. That was a complete pain and no one is willing to work with you since it is a refurbished printer. Be careful of that. They wanted to transfer me to a company that I would have to pay for to recieve help. It was a mess. Overall, its a great printer, but it might be worth buying it new, since the wireless tech support is unwilling to work with refurbished items.

This multi-function printer is lightweight and effective. It works through your wireless hub if you have one, or by cable. It works well as a scanner and a printer.

We have an HP photo printer and needed a printer for our kid's computer...it does the job but it doesn't have a SD card input so my kids still have to use ours....for the price, xxxxxxx had similar for less.

works great, however, I have to use the USB port connected to the printer. Wireless keeps losing signal

The printer arrived just 4 days after ordering and was very easy to set up and use. It too just 30 mins to have it working, I haven't used all the features yet but what I have used has been great. Thanks again fir another great buy at a great price.

I totally love this printer!! It arrived in 2 days & set up was a breeze. It prints, scans & copies. Perfect for a home business, student and/or everyday use. I will be back Overstock. :) :)

The all in one was advertised and arrived to days after I placed my order. Setup was quick and all is well. I have not tried the wireless feature, but it will serve in the future, I am sure. Good product; great service!
