Been using this tower since Monday (3-28-2011) and have been very happy with it.

The pc was delivered in the time stated and in a good clean/serviceable condition.

I received my computer in a timely manner. I spent 3 days loading my programs and data and then I had an intermittent failure of the USB ports. I called customer service and they were helpful but could not solve the problem. So, they had me call the company that refurbished the computer. They tried downloading drivers but this did not work, so they sent me a UPS label and asked me to return the computer so they could replace the motherboard. I knew I took a chance on a refurbished computer so I took out an additional two year warranty and it looks like these folks will stand behind their product. I gave this review a three star because the computer failed, but I recommended the product because they will stand behind what they sell.

THIS PC IS A TOTAL PIECE OF CRAP. WHEN I TRIED TO GO ON LINE IT WILL NOT ACCEPT CABLE ONLY DIAL-UP. TRIED TO REBOOT NONE OF THE F NUMBERS ON THE KEYBOARD WORKED. IT'S SO OLD IT HAS SLOT FOR COMPACT DISCS.
